All rentals of telescopes and binoculars are subject to below terms and conditions. Your rental indicates agreement and compliance of the same.
- Rentals need to be picked up by borrower from our Koramangala pickup point and returned to the same
- Rental duration will be in number of days, which in turn will be defined as 24 hrs from time of pickup
- Charges are based on duration of rent. Longer durations may have offers on rental charge reductions
- A refundable security deposit will need to be paid to us before the pickup. The amount varies by product. The security deposit is refundable subject to deductions due to damage/ extended rent/ delayed returns etc
- Scope of rental service is limited to providing equipment for use. No training will be provided on usage of the equipment
- Once you have collected/ hired the product, rent amount will not be waived off in any circumstance, including but not limited to:
- Inability to use due to bad weather
- Inability to use due to lack of knowledge
- Any emergencies/ change of plans etc
- For telescopes, we suggest you rent for at least a few days, as it takes time to learn how to use telescopes. Renting telescope for just 1 day may not be fruitful to you, however, this is as per your preference
- We do not provide delivery service for rentals. You will need to pickup and return the equipment in person. In case you decide to book pickup service such as dunzo/ porter etc, you may do so at your own responsibility. You will be completely accountable to ensure equipment reaches you and back to us in proper condition. You are accountable for any damage caused due to negligence or mishandling by transporter and all above terms will apply
- You may be required to submit a copy of your valid ID for rental
